Yes. Each design is created using astronomical data for the date and location you provide. The arrangement of the stars represents the sky associated with your meaningful moment—it is not a randomly generated pattern.
What details do I need to personalize it?
Choose the meaningful date and location you want represented on the front. You can also add an optional message of up to 20 characters on the back. Please review every detail carefully before completing your order.
What if I enter the wrong date, location or engraving?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because every piece is personalized, changes may only be possible before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that the order can be modified.
What material is the necklace made from?
The necklace is made from 304L stainless steel with an 18K IP gold-colored finish. It is lead-free and designed for comfortable everyday wear.
Can I wear it in the shower or while swimming?
The finish is water-resistant, but we recommend removing the necklace before swimming, showering or using perfumes and cleaning products. Proper care helps preserve its color and shine for longer.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece is made especially for you. Production takes approximately 2–5 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery within the United States is 5–12 business days. Tracking information is sent by email when available.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
